Implemented a new email newsletter template after researching best practices and email accessibility, hand-drawing wireframes, and testing responsiveness across mobile and web devices.
By doing this, as well as implementing a new subject line strategy, I increased the newsletter email open rate to over 40.1% (previous average 27.69%) and click through rate to over 18% (previous average 1.64%).

ACUHO-I Event Platform
Coded (HTML) clickable a main "click-able" schedule page that outlines the event schedule, which links to each individual schedule page. Coded each session page to include a session title and description, date and time of session (coded to change to user's local time zone), link to join session, and speaker headshots, titles, institutions, & biographies.
Designed graphic banners, as well as resized all headshots, to supplement these pages.

Created a simple step-by-step guide to teach ACUHO-I staff how to edit a simple video in Adobe Premiere Pro.
